This is the second time Rick has come out and fixed my unit from someone else messing it up! He’s very honest reliable and does a good job my AC is up and running the same day and only needed a relay switch to fix it! I was told I needed a whole new unit! I’m so grateful for this honest licensed company that helped me and fixed someone else’s sanity! I highly recommend cool down heating and air and Rick!

Rick came out to look at my air unit and explained everything to me on how the process works, what to expect, how much air units run and also told me about air conditioner evaporator. After talking to him I know a lot more about the air units, very pleased with the way he explained things.
